Athletes who need help with weight and nutrition?

I need help. I am coach of a swimmer (high school girl) who is 5'7 "and just over 100 pounds. You do not have an eating disorder, but it is very difficult for her weight gain. Want to put on muscle and their parents the right help eating and eating more (healthier foods, not just fat) and weight lifting muscle mass but can not gain weight – in fact, it is losing weight. In the daily routine, has power, but when she is in a race as soon as it enters the water, your body is sore and stiff. She goes to the doctor for blood tests (ie anemia), but I wonder if anyone out there have any suggestion of a) how to put on muscle / weight through some means, in addition to what is currently doing and b) how you can avoid stiffness and pain is felt immediately when the races. any help would be greatly appreciated. It is a wonderful boy and we all want to succeed as if it was ever able to do and can do it again. Thanks!

Try to tell him to take food high-protein or protein shakes and even Supplements. Find your weight and whatever your weight is … this is the minimum number of grams of protein to take. For example, if you weigh 110 pounds. then it takes more than 110 grams of protein a day! This works very well, because I tried it and won seven pounds of muscle mass and fat no!
