Sports Nutrition Advice

13 years old – anyway to lose belly flab? 10 points to best answer!?
I’m 13 years old. I have been running all summer because my field hockey coach said that you can loose a Lot of belly fat by running. Also the field hockey personal trainer reccomended situps crunchs and core work. I have been doing those twice a week but run everyday. I started to eat healthier after the trainer gave us a nutrition packet but i have had no results. I also play lacrosse which is also a running sport. I would like to see results by next summer. But anything sooner would be great too! 10 points for best answer but please feel free to put in any advice!
Start by eating healthier then you can do bicycle crunches they offer the best result of crunches
